“On June 18, 2009, homeowners were notified that all fences must be stained a wood color. The notice referenced Behr Natural #500 and Natural Cedar #501 as being allowed by the ACC. It has come to our attention that Behr no longer makes those colors. You may choose a natural colored stain from any current fence stain manufacturer and submit it to the ACC for review.”  

 

Your fence, (if not properly stained), must be stained by (new extention deadline) of May 1, 2010 deadline.  All fences not stained by that time will be subject to further action, including fines.
