CHANGES: One Weekly Pickup for Trash/Recycle
Starting the week of January 9, 2012 the City of Cedar Hill’s solid waste services will change.
-
Every single-family home will receive a 96-gallon Recycle cart
-
Every home will have one weekly pickup day for trash, recycling and one bulky item (link to map for designated pickup day)

Meadows at High Pointe Homeowners Association
The Meadow's At Highpointe' are experiencing issues with late night gatherings at our Park now. Since the Perrins are gone... (our community secret weapon) we have unwanted "late night visitors" gathering in the Park during weekend and now weekdays 2am-3am.
The Leutenient Of Cedar Hill Police Department requested, along with extra patrol, for residents to ALWAYS call the police for any and ALL SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY.

EXCITING NEWS ABOUT YOUR HOA DUES
HOA dues are due on or before January 1st, yearly.
Your HOA dues have increased slightly and are now $150.00. Understanding the difficulty of these hard times, your HOA Board has agreed to give everyone the option to pay Bi-Yearly. Therefore if you so desire, you may pay the 1st (half) your dues on January 1st and the 2nd (half) will be due July 1st. The option to pay it in full, still applies.
Please know that we are here for each of you, not only as your board, but your neighbors. We offer a variety of payment options but you must help us too. Please contact Lone Star Management if you foresee problems with your dues. Simply click the Lone Star Image below for payment arrangements or the contact us button below.
